Our location

Working from the heart of Water in Rossendale, we liaise with all local links  and each day we connect to more and more organisations to build strengths throughout the community.

If you run an organisation that helps with physical or mental health in Rossendale, we want to hear from you. We actively promote that people of all ages engage in social activities that suits them. This can be anything from walking/hiking, cycling, gardening, yoga classes, art, music, photography, sports, creative groups or even just a coffee and chat group.

Linking like-minded people is important to build resilience and breakdown the stigma of Mental Health.

Please get in touch if you run, or know of a group that may be of interest to us.

Blogs and Advice

We provide information and advice on how to help the vulnerable in their time of need. Getting people to open up and talk is the first  step to helping them, however, knowing how to speak to someone when they are feeling suicidal is important.
